Ekadasi prasadam

Fasting on Ekadasi is very easy and easily we can progress in Krishna Bhakti.

Bhakti Yoga is topmost Yoga and very simple Yoga. Its not painful to fast for a devotee at all. Even in pregnancy or in sickness we can do so. But we should know how to fast.

If you are strong enough u can eat one time or 2 time or only on milk or fruits. But if your body is not fit enough u need to fast according to your capacity...

U can eat whole day whatever you know to cook but not grains.

List what we can eat on Ekadasi fast.

1. Aloo lauki sabji
2. Kuttu aata puri
3. Sama Rice khichdi
4. Makhana
5. Badam fry
6. Aloo tikki
7. Aloo Pizza
8. French fries
9. Moongfuli Fry
10. Walnut and almond chutney
11. Shahi paneer
12. Sama rice kheer
13. Aloo ka halwa made with ghee
14. Moongfuli fry
15. Makhana fry
16. Gajar ka halwa
17. Banana shake
18. Mango shake
19. Cheeku shake
20. Milk
21. All fruits
22. Tomato chutney
23. Kuttu or singhare atta  ke pakode
24. Aloo chips
25. Banana chips
26. Badam fry
27. Kajoo fry
28. Kuttu ya singhare aata ki roti
29. Kuttu ya singhare aata ki bana hua gobhi ka paratha
30. Kuttu ya singhare aata ki bana hua paneer paratha
31. If sama rice and kuttu ataa not available cook Sabudana kheer and khichdi and saabudana papad
32. Sama rice dhokla
33. Kuttu dosa
34. Kuttu uttapam
35. Dahi ka Raita
36. Misti Dahi
37. Paneer bhujiya
38. Aloo paneer sabji
39. Shahi paneer
40. Milk cake
41. Coconut laddoo
42. Drufruits laddo
43. Badam milk
44. Moongfuli chikki
45. Paneer Tikka
46. Aloo fry

Aur bhi bahut kuch hei.

But you cook according to your choice.

Just you need to know how to cook. But dont use other oil.

Use only....

Ghee
Olive oil
Almond oil
Coconut oil
Moongfali oil
Sunflower oil

🎄 If Rock salt is not available you can use any salt. Bas anna ka haath laga hua na ho. So buying new packet is safe.

🎄If you regularly taking medicine you can take any medicine. As medicine we dont take for sense gratification but only to maintain body so in fast we can take.

🎄If u feeling very low drink electrol powder and glucose on Ekadasi. Its not grain.

Main thing is we should chant Hare Krishna Mahamantra, Read Bhagavad Gita and Bhagavatam or Krishna Conscious SP books, listed lecture on Bhagavad Gita and Bhagavatam etc. We Should engage our self in Krishna Conscious engagement.

🎎 Fasting on Ekadasi doesnt mean dont eat anything and sleep or remain busy in material activity.

It means dont eat grains... fast according to your capacity and remember Lord Krishna and serve Him as much as you can.
