Suggestion in Crisis

Dear loving divine brothers and sisters,
In this present world crisis moment most of us are confined to homes, thus inviting some illness if not careful. So out of my concern I am sharing some suggestions to all of you with all humbleness.
Exercise:
Daily dance for 30 minutes to the tune of Hare Krishna by Srila Prabhupada in the morning itself.
Carry out Pranayama for 15 minutes. Because of limited movement we tend to take less oxygen in to our system. Pranayamam Param Balam, as Lord Krishna said to Uddhav.
12 rounds of Surya Namaskar. This keeps your entire body so flexible and all joints in perfect condition.
All the above 3 activists will take around 50 minutes, which will ensure that you are absolutely fit.

Prasadam:

Restrict food intake to only two times. First around 11.00 to 12.00 noon and second at 8.00 pm. In between no snack, only water or diluted butter milk with little salt.
Morning you can take fruits as breakfast after your exercise. It helps fruit in take also for increasing alkalinity in the body.
Begin the day in the morning at 5.00 am with lemon juice and if you want you can take it in the evening also, exemption.
Recipe for lemon juice is one glass of lukewarm water, half lemon and 3 spoons of honey or some jaggery. For diabetics rock salt can be used. This is a wonder lemon juice to increase alkaline nature in your body.
If you like my suggestions follow it nicely. Depending on your reciprocation I can give some more next week same time. If you get more interest further messages for third week. By the time Coronavirus goes away you are more active than earlier with spring like action.
