Solutions:
- Set an alarm and take a break
- Walk while you talk on phone or in person
- Try a standing desk
- Pace and stretch while watching TV.
- Take stairs instead of elevators
- Walk or Bike if possible
- Consider standing in a short distance travel
Meditate on Scriptures which will give you strength to do
